I had to contact customer service multiple times because my data was not being properly backed up and it was taking forever for them to get back to me. They also did not seem to be very interested in helping me out. Overall this company is a total disaster and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Dont even bother looking for this company online. Theyre a complete rip-off and dont have any of the usual computer data products that you can find elsewhere. Plus their customer service is terrible - they always seem to be able to tell you how much money theyre going to make off you when you buy something from them but never do anything about it. Avoid this place at all costs

I just bought a computer from Company Computer Data and it was a bad experience. They wanted like 100 for my power bill being over 0. I told them I didnt have any books or records to support that statement and they kept trying to tell me how much energy it would use and what cost of energy it would use on their page. Finally I just called them and they said you got lunch and not even received the phone call that was scheduled for that day. So if youre going to do this type of business with me its likely that it wasnt done lightly or well.Im not sure who created company computerdata.com but its terrible

I just got my computerdata.com account and was very satisfied with it. but then again most people are not so happy with company here. Hawthorne CACompany Computer Data Inc is a terrible place to use their site. The user reviews are horrible and they always have the upmost responsibility for your information. You would think with all the Dome there would be more bad reviews but there not interested in providing customer service or anything Its frustrating because I hope they will improve their website soon.
