I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of help with their computer.Ive had dealings with Computer Tech through various services that I have needed for my entertainment device Playstation 3 as well as my work related devices laptop . The service has always been first rate timely and reasonable - much better than what youd find at most local shops. And the staff is always willing to help out if theres anything they dont know about your specific issue. Highly recommend this company

.com is a complete scam.Dont go to Computer Tech.com Theyre nothing more than a rip-off. I contacted them about my computer and they said it would be fixed in no time but it never was. Then they kept telling me there was something wrong with my computer and that I needed to get it fixed but I never did. In the end I had to call PCWorld because Computer Tech.com clearly wasnt up to anything good.

Company is terrible.I just had computer tech company do a tech support call for my work phone. They were absolutely terrible and did not even know how to use their phone. Iundred and ninety four minutes of time was wasted because of their lack of skills. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Services Inc. is not going to be good.Im not sure what company computertech.com is but theyre in the business of helping people with technology and consulting in New Jersey. This users service was really bad - they didnt work on my computer at all and were very slow and frustratingly polite about it. I would give them a low rating because their services are not worth doing again.
