Computol.com is a company that provides IT support and services to businesses of all sizes. However the user experience with this company is quite bad. First of all I have to say that their customer service is terrible. They are always trying to upsells and make their customers feel like they are not important. Second of all my IT support and services solution does not work properly anymore.3 different software programs were used to fix issues with my computer and it still continues to work but comptol.com does not provide any help whatsoever. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am not happy with my IT support and services solution. I have had to call customer service multiple times to get help with issues with my computer but always have been told that I am not the only person in the world and that someone else will be here when they are. I have had to deal with a lot of stress from my computer since it has been going bad. Cooldown time is long because of the amount of work this company is able to do for me.This user has never worked on a computer before knows nothing about computers and iswaswill soon become Investigations Coordinator for the state of Texas.
