I was this companys customer support a few times and the service was not good. The customer service here is just like that of compuvision.com. You cant get good service here if you try. The best way to describe it would be to think of this company as a backwater compared to compuutation.com. If youre looking for an easy to use interface with high-quality services then look elsewhere if youre looking for quality support then put up with their crap all night long.
