is a complete messI have had the misfortune to use Com Tech System Inc. for my IT needs. The experience has been nothing but negative. From the beginning it was clear that this company is not up to speed on modern technology or even aware of what they are doing. They constantly make mistakes and seem to be completely clueless about how to run their business. My biggest complaint is that there is no real customer service available which makes it very difficult to get anything done because you cant rely on anyone else either. Even when I called them several times the people who answered the phone were always out of town or unavailable. In addition their prices are ridiculously high compared to other companies in the area - especially considering how much work they will actually do for you Overall I would not recommend using Com Tech System Inc. unless you want your computer system destroyed or your internet access cut off again

However the user review that they are currently known for is not going to be helpful because they have been negative in the past.Im not sure what ComTech System Inc. does but its something we dont need help with. Theyre always easy to work with and offer advice on how things can be improved. Weve had them do work for our business and I would never use them again.

is a company that provides IT services to businesses in the Gaithersburg MD area. It has been around for many years and is currently online since 2001. However their customer service is not great. They always have time for themselves and dont take any care in fulfilling promises they make. Overall I didnt enjoy my experience at ComTech System Inc. I had an engineer come to my house to fix a faucet he forgot was there and he never took the time to learn about the product or how it worked. The engineer said Im sorry when he finished fixing the faucet and didnt take the time to understand what was wrong. He also changed this one on our list of needs because he said Were sorry but never taking responsibility for his actions. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

For example ComTech System Inc. have been known to do things like demand money from customers who have not sent money back through their account processor rather than going ahead with the photo representation of their site as required by GAINZ. Additionally they have been known to change information on their website which is not in compliance with company policy.I just signed up with Com Tech Systems Inc. my first decision was bad. My com technical Support representative was very unprofessional and seemed to only need ahd want dollars now whereas what I originally provided was never meant to be used.
