I would never recommend comtecsolutions.com to anyone They are terrible at their job and the customer service is very unprofessional. I had to contact them multiple times because my home was not working properly and they did not seem to care at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The software they provided was nothing special and the instructions that came with it were also Unknown. The site also didnt seem to be very used there yet shedule makes me think that they may not be used often enough.

is a company that provides professional services to help people in the business of home security. I am sure that many of their members have been through Security degrees and now that they are working with something called Home Security they make it their career choice. I was with this company for 2 years and the biggest problem we faced was how much money they were asking for services like Add 1 more device Remove all devices etc. They would say We cant find any reason why youd want to remove all devices and then give us like an hours notice to stop providing services to the member. Then once we stopped providing services they would start demanding prices increase an extra device was added to the bill. It was absurd. The service here is not good at all.
