I just dont have the time to waste on this company. They keep running out of ideas for how to improve their service and I cant seem to get my online connection to work right even after going through their helpdesk multiple times. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

I have not had a good experience with comweb4me.com. The first time I went to their website it was very hard to find anything specific about their services because they are clearly labeled as internet solutions. It took me forever to figure out what they were supposed to do and then I paid for something that didnt work. The second time I tried to use their service and it started up but wouldnt connect to my internet provider. I had to go into the account settings and change my IP address in order for it to connect again. Then when I tried using their service the connection was really slow and choppy.

I have never had such a terrible time with a company before. comweb4me is so terrible at their job. They would not let me continue my account even though I had just given them a positive rating. They were always willing to help me out with anything and everything but now theyve made me completely negative in their eyes. Im sorry I know this review is going to be really bad because its the worst one Ive ever written.

But recently they have become more interested in making money than providing excellent service. Now I am even unhappy with them because they are not remembers my testimonials or provides me with accurate information about their product. Overall I am very unhappy with company comweb4me.com and would not recommend them to anyone I know.
