This company is a complete scam. The first time I contacted them they told me that they could help me with my big data problem and then when I asked how much it would cost they said Youre going to have to pay us by the hour. Turns out this company does not actually offer any kind of solutions for big data problems. In fact their whole business is just a scam. Do not give them your money - you will be regretful

The support phone number was working but no one called me back. The website was down as well. I am not sure what is up with these things happen but it is not a good experience.

I just bought a used computer and cover. I was so excited to get my new computer but when I got it I realized that my old computer was still around. So I decided to cover it up and go ahead and buy the new computer. When I received my new computer I found out that my old one was much bigger and had more features than the new one. Plus the old one had my name events and contact information on it. The new one only has me name and event information. The whole thing is just very WEAKEly designed. 1 The cover doesnt fit really well- theres not enough room to work with the software properly 2 The screen is also quite small 3 Its far too hot to use so you have to turn it off right away 4 The keyboard isnt very comfortable 5 There are many ways to close the case without coming open 6The

I have had several issues with this company and their customer service is terrible. The most recent time I had them replace a heart rate monitor because the first one was going out. They also tried to do the same thing with a laptop for me but it would not stay on the charger so they had to give me a new one. Then they tried to do the same thing with a camera for my business but it showed that it was not working properly andHad to take it back and get a new one. Overall their customer service is terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone.
