is a rip offI have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. I called Concepts AV Integration to fix a broken window and was told that they would need three days to get to me because they were out of stock on the product. They then said that they could not come out until after 4pm because they were working on another project. After spending 45 minutes on hold I finally spoke to someone who claimed that the product was no longer available but would be able to order it for me anyways. When I got there I found out that the product was actually SOLD OUT The person who told me this apparently lied and tried to scam me. DO NOT USE CONCEPTIONS AV INDEPENDENCE FOR ELECTRONIC REPAIRS

I just got my computer and was so impressed with the customer service I called back tomorrow to speak to a representative. I told him my name email address and what various services I needed help with. He didnt seem to understand me too much because he said we dont offer that type of service. What My computer is in the same city as company conceptsav.com and they are both online every day I have the same score on review up until this point and I have never been contacted by anything other than customer service. They care about their customers but this one seems to be about as interested in me as a tree in central park.

I just got my computer fixed by Concepts AV Integration and it was very out of the world. They said my laptop was too big and couldnt be fixed properly. Im not sure what they were trying to do but it was a huge mistake.
