I just gave company concertcare.com a bad review. I was greeted when I got there but after that everything4 went blank. I had to call customer service and they were not able to help me out. The phone line is gone all the time so I have to leave messages on the weekends. And recently the line has been drawn backfilled which is how they say it does things here at company concertcare.com. But like I said this is the first problem and we are sure many more will come while we continue to work hard however or where possible. We hope you can get your act on again and that you can fix this problem.
