Configureinc.com is one of the worst companies I have ever used They are not responsible for anything they say or do and their customer service is terrible. There have been times when I have had to call them multiple times because my computer wouldnt start up and then there have been times when they havent gotten back to me after leaving a message on my phone. Do not use this company

configureinc.com is a complete waste of time and money. I was completely disappointed with the quality of their service. The first time I used them they told me my computer needed to be reset because it was not up to date. They did not tell me that they would also have to do a system call for this purpose After spending an hour on the phone with them I could not get my computer fixed until after work. In the end I had to take it back and pay for another one becauseconfigureinc.com does not really care about their customers or their business model.
