Im not happy with my IT service. Ive had to call customer service a couple of times and theys not always nice to me. The first time I had to talk to a person who is only interested in selling her services to make money. The second time I had a problem with my computer that took hours to resolve. Customer Service is terrible and they dont care about their customers. I have had to call them multiple times to get my water turned on and off but it always happens every time I try to use my phone for the first time in months or even just public Dive partners this company will not work with you because they expect you to be a part of some larger entity where your customer service was top-notch before.
