I have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone said my order was shipped and that it would be here in a few hours. It never arrived so I called them back and they told me to email them their contact information so they could look into it. No Emails came so I called again and the woman told me she didnt remember the number she gave me but that if I sent her a picture of my order she would find it for me. Then after talking to her for a good ten minutes she hung up on me. Do not use this company

Ive had terrible experience with Connected Signals. I ordered a signal booster and it arrived damaged. The customer service was very unhelpful and did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They are not in the business of advancing mobility on surface streets they are in the business of making money by selling you products that dont do anything. I would strongly advise never clicking on any of their offers and if you do be very careful about what youre buying.

I just got a bad review for company connectedsignals.com. I have never seen or heard of this business before. This is not a real signet ring. Its a phone number that looks like it is from Connected Signals but its not. The signet ring is there but the phone number is fake. The phone number is also fake because its been changed so many times. Its just a lot of fake reviews that are being published by somebody who isnt even related to the business. Just another example of how unprofessional and dangerous it is to use signs and numbers like this one.

I recently received a membership in Connected Signals and was amazed at the level of service I received when signing up. They provide excellent mobileSignal technology and my first experience of using it was amazing. I have been joined by many people who have followed my lead and are using their own phones as mobileSignal Agents to communicate with drivers in the street. It is obvious that they are doing what we do well - connecting people through mobile technology - and while there are some issues with it overall I have been very impressed.
