I just cant recommend connecthings.com enough They have the best location data out there and their mobile SDK makes it easy to geofence and communicate with users in a real time. I even used their customer service and they were great to work with.

"I Just Got Out Of My First"
CONNECTHINGS, Review Specifics:
I just got out of my first hired job and walked in to company connecthings.com expecting to start from where I left off. I wasoubted that anyone could truly understand what we do well without a degree in politics or economics. The location data geofencing mobile SDK and other services they offer are beyond executables Windows 108est and i have had multiple experiences with this type of service before. If you want something that will help you find your way around LocationData or Geofence should be fine but if you want something that wont let you sleep at night because your house is on fire then maybe its not the right business for you.
