I have had terrible experience with this company. I ordered an audioVisual equipment and never received it. They told me that it was out of stock but when I tried to order it they were wrong and said it would take forever to get it. The customer service is horrible as well.

This company is a complete mess. I have never had such terrible customer service from any business before. They would not even let me speak to a representative because they said there was no one available that day. After several calls and emails I finally got someone on the phone who told me that my equipment was not being sent to my address and that I needed to come out and pick it up myself. When I came out the equipment was already all over the place The people running this business are complete idiots and do not deserve their name anywhere near AudioVisual Equipment

I have had terrible experience with this company. My audio would go out for over a month and he would not do anything about it other than send me back to the store. I finally got him to finally send me back and he was trying to hard to be customer service. He was trying to help me get over the problem but he was also trying to make money off of me. myself and my family are very unhappy with this company now we have moved away and are using another company
