.This Company Is A disasterI have been using company connectrac.com for years without any issues. The last time I had to take a break was on December 3rd when my phone went out and they finally got it fixed. They have always been good to me and I know this reason because they always use customer support. However now they are not so good at all and need customer support because of the lack of service. I have sent multiple messages to them and they still do not respond. Get somebody to troubleshoot the problem before you keep people customers
