is extremely unprofessional and does not listen to their customers.I used this company for my IT needs and the experience was terrible. I had to go through multiple people before getting ahold of someone who could help me with my work and the response time was incredibly slow. Additionally they did not seem interested in helping me out whatsoever. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They do not have any experience with technology and they completely botched my computer installation. The entire experience was a total disaster.

I contacted them after getting a strange message on my phone that said my account was safe and secure but they could not help me get through to their support person. They did not seem to understand how their software functioned and what problems were happening. I had to call back many times with no one ever coming through for me. The support person here is just as bad. She was very unhelpful and didnt know how to help at all. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
