"The Fine Bros.I Have Had Two Transactions Result In"

The Fine Bros.I have had two transactions result in this issue. I have tried to check the money was indeed sent and received but it does not seem to be able to see any movement in the account. Please helpThis company is terrible at customer service and when we asked for a refund we were told we needed to send a claim back because our account was being used during the dark web. We got a refund but bought some heavenly cookies from another company that is also worse at customer service. So overall not very good at customer service and would not recommend to anyone.

is a company that has been in the business for a long time. The company has been able to achieve great success because of the level of customer service and the quality of their products. However this past year there was an change in leadership which may have negative effects on the business.I recently worked with a certain individual who was no longer part of the leadership team. It seems that he did not meet certain expectations regarding customer service and quality product offerings. I am sorry to say that this was a poor decision by management and I maintain that they will make similar decisions in the upcoming months and years as a result. For example he had an opportunity toi Springs Gourmet Coffee Cafeteria which he chose to close down due to financial constraints. He ischieve great through his various businesses but it would be much better if he could come back into the business more officially so customers can see him as a source of help and support in terms of both money saved and improved customer service.
