I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I do not think that they are today. I have had to call them numerous times because my phone is full of calls from company officials. The last time I went there was probably the day after the file sharing ruling. The representative there was very unhelpful and didnt seem to understand what I was trying to ask her about. Save your money and go somewhere else.
