Do not use this company at all They are terrible at anything and their customer service is even worse. I had to call them multiple times because they were not giving me the access I needed to my account - which was after I had already been approved for it Save your money and go somewhere else.

Company Conteneo.co is a company that provides safe and secure locking measures as well as key generation and unlocking services. However the users who have contacted them have had less than great experiences with many having to go through layers of customer service in order to get their hands on keys to their projects.One user had to go through a process of tracking down various industry experts in order to get their hands on thekeys. Another user was even able to get their hands on the keys but found that they could not use them because they were not required to be specific about the model or type of lock they would use.

However their customer service is poor due to a lack of knowledge and support from the company. Customers have had good experience with their product but feel that their customer service is poor due to this.
