Ive had a terrible experience with Contessas Home Contessa.com. First of all the website is very outdated and doesnt work at all. Second of all the customer service is absolutely terrible. They cant seem to do anything to help me resolve my issue even though Im paying them for their help. Finally the entire experience has been really unpleasant and I dont recommend it at all.

This company is a waste of time and money. I have been using contessabd.com for over 5 years now and have never had a single problem. The only one was when I needed to change a fact in my account and they were able to help me out right away. However I have had some issues with them in the past and they always are worth trying to get help from. But I will never use this company again because its just a waste of time and money.

This company is a bad one. I have had two negative experiences with them so far and they were both mistakes. First time I was given a wrong account and then when I figured out how to fix the situation they said I needed to change my phone number which I did. But it still led to my experience. Second time I was an online customer of theirs for a while and they were great about communicating with me which is always important in those types of situations but then all of a sudden they changed their mind and now Im out 30. Thats not worth the risk of not being satisfied with something. torpedo
