I was extremely disappointed with the services provided by continuumsoft.ca. First the pricing was absurd - I paid over 600 for a software development company that provided me nothing but useless worthless features and no tangible value in return. Second communication was sparse and difficult to understand it took me multiple emails and phone calls to get an answer to my questions. Finally after months of trying to work with this company I finally received a response from one of their employees which amounted to nothing more than a promise that my issue would be taken care of soon. In the meantime Im left with dozens of unanswered questions about what exactly my problem is and how much money Ill be spending on needless warranty claims.
