we are not responsible Continuum Systems is a terrible company. I have had to call them three times now to get my money back out of debt. I have never seen such horrible service. The first time around we as customers were given within minutes of the order being placed received communication as to what was going on and also FedEx delivery from the moment we received the order until after we had delivered the order. This has always been true in every order I have placed with them. They are thenapparently like ahhh okay everything is cool now dont worry about it no matter how many times I ask. Then they would say we will try to solve that for you but never do which only makes the problem worse.Continuum Systems does not even make good on their promises anymore. Its like they just want money and havent anyatchets left in the world to work with.
