I was extremely disappointed with company contrastcommunications.com. I ordered a phone online and after receiving it the color screen was cracked within hours of being delivered. Additionally there were numerous dead batteries throughout the package--a clear indication that this company is not up to par in terms of quality control. Needless to say I will not be using them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

It is important that you can find the best quality services for your needs but it is not easy to find good customer service The people at company contrast communications.com were absolutely terrible to work with my email and phone support inquiries. Neither one of which ever came back to me. I even sent them a tweet about it and still havent received any response yet. Terrible customer service all around

I have tried to take care of this situation by sending the company a letter and beyond trying to get someone to listen and change their story. But there is only so much you can do when people are just trying to earn a living and all they want is an honest review.
