Their website is very outdated and difficult to navigate and their customer service is nonexistent. Do not bother using this company

I just met with him an energy drink company guy named Jesse. He was extremely rude. The whole time I was there he was speaking in a heard and he had his head up his arm like he was doing something special. Then later on we got to the meeting and all you could hear were people talking about how Convergence is going to take over the world and how theyre going to put out a fire that burns for hours on end. Its very well organized but its not worth your time.

I have had Convergencenetworks as my management company for the past two years and I can say that they are the worst ever. They have been to my site set up cameras all over my house and even turned on air conditioning without me knowing anything about it They have been able to do all of this without me knowing or being aware of what was happening. Its like they are in control of everything and I dont think that this is a business that is going to be any different in the future.
