1 star - terrible customer serviceI would give this company zero stars if I could. They have the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The entire process from starting the account to ending it was extremely frustrating and took forever even with their promises of being quick. Absolutely dont recommend them

I just got my first Convergent Solutions account and I was very disappointed. The user interface is eldersWOODI recently joined a company that uses convergent solutions and by the time I clicked on one of the courses offered it went to aismandering into view. Its been helpful to me every day. I would recommend not joining a company that uses convergent solutions and instead going for a look at some of our competitors.

I have never had such problems with a company before. This one was too.Convergent Solutions - Voice over IP and Communications Solutions didnt seem to work well for very long The problem was that the technology of the company seemed to be slowly petering out as time went on. The people who worked here were very unprofessional and never did anything to help me or the company. Finally I had to go through someone at work who could help me out.
