I just got a bad review for company convergentis.com. I have never been good with customer service so I decided to give it a try and it was really terrible. I entered my phone number and email address and it said that she needs to use one of the numbers provided. I dont know how this could be because there are only nine numbers given and the website says Provider Name convergentis. So I guess she meant provider name ConvergentIS. But her contact information said nothing about having to use one of the numbers provided. She also told me that my email was spam and Im not going to waste your time or money on that anymore. Do yourself a big agains giving up on this service and maybe coming back to reviews later
