"Conversant Group Is A Terrible Company. They Are Always Quick"
Conversant Group, LLC, Review Specifics:
Conversant Group is a terrible company. They are always quick to start a sales campaign but then never finish the job. The services they provide are either poor or not of it really. I have had to call them multiple times because my account is still being used for their ads and there is no response from their customer service team. I have also been able to send emails at least once with in 5 minutes after which showed that my account has been canceled and an email was sent asking if I want more information about it. This has all happened so quickly and without any communication between me and my issueI would give him nothing but stars unless he can work on making his customer service skills better.

Conversant Group is a terrible company. I have had to go through every step of the customer experience process multiple times and its always difficult. The best thing about IT is that you can change everything as long as you dont need to but in this business they really only care about serving their own memberships. If youre not an member or if you do things different than they do then your story doesnt matter and there are much better companies for people who want to learn how to use software like Communications Intelligence Solutions CIS or Security Strategies from an industry expert on the topic.
