I just brought in my 9th computer and I have got to exchange it out because of the quality of the software. The company doesnt provide any support or anything so you cant even get started with how to set up your first computer. Its really frustrating because Ive used them for 5 years and theyve always been able to meet my needs.

Copeland Technology Solutions is a terrible company. My years of experience with IT have not been good by any means but this company has come to mind right now. They are constantly changing the entire tone andcaliber of their service which can be extremely frustrating. I also experienced some very negative experiences with their work culture which again isnt all that strange when you look at the vast array of companies out there. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
