However when looking for their services users have had trouble finding accurate and reliable information about what they are getting from their appointments. core-group.com does not seem to be very reliable when it comes to giving the right information about their services. They have yet to provide any information about what services they offer or how much they charge. Additionally when trying to find something specific on the website one is able to find out that this business is all about providing IT Services and IT Support both through core-group.com and through another website called Core-Group.com. However it seems that this website is just a way for the company to make more money because it does not share the same quality of service that core-group.com provides. The staff is not always willing or able to help you in order to answer some of your questions because they feel that it would be less likely

is a company that specializes in IT Services IT Support and IT Consulting. They are 2-time winner of the prestigious All-America Institutes Award for excellence in customer service. However this company does not met all my expectations. The critical aspect that I desired from the company was its ability to help me resolve computer issues quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately I was met with little to no availability on either of those qualities throughout my purchase process.core-group.com is a site that offers IT services but doesnt meet all of the expectations set for it. The company is unable to help you resolve computer issues quickly and efficiently and is only able to offer a limited range of services. Additionally there were no problems encountered during my purchase process but I would not recommend this business to others.

I have had the opportunity to work with them twice now and not been happy with my experiences.core-group.com is a company that provides IT services but its users have never been happy with their work or results. The company has been known for providing low-quality services at a high price point. In addition the company has been known for being slow in getting back to customers or never sending them anything at all. This user review is from an individual who have had negative experiences working with this company and they warn others not to take their word for it instead looking into other companies that use a different approach which may be better for their customer service and your money.
