Do not bother with this company. They are only in it for the money. I bought a used computer from them and it was so crashed that they couldnt even fix it so now I have to go through all of this trouble to get my old computer fixed again because core4solutions charged me more than anyone else did

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The staff is unprofessional and incompetent. They do not seem to understand the importance of customer service. I have had to call them multiple times because my hardware was not working and they could not solve the issue.

I have been using their services for about 4 years now and to this day they have not corrected the few mistakes I make. They keep telling me that there is no need to send another service call but I do not ever get an explanation as to why they say this. myself and other customers have had toed them over multiple times. rootCause IT has never been so angry...Ive been using Core4 Solutions since they started providing Refurbished IT Hardware and Services SMART--the highest quality software available--and Ive never been so disappointed. The company provides low-quality services in the form of core4solutions.com which is only designed to provide high-end technology without all the NurseryelseIts time we took back our childhood friends who were always willing to help us out even when we couldnt see a thing we needed
