I would not recommend this company to anyone. The support is terrible and the company is very unprofessional. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my problem solved and they always say we will send someone out as soon as possible but never do. Save your money and go somewhere else

This company is a scam. Ive been scammed before and this time it was even worse. The first thing they asked for when I signed up for their service was my name email address and phone number. Then they said that I needed to create an account in order to use the solution manager expert service. I didnt know what that meant so I just gave them my information. But after a few days of waiting I got an email saying that my account had been cancelled because they couldnt find my name or email address They also said that they never sent me the solution manager expert service and that there was no way to get it back because its already past its expiration date What a scam Dont go anything like this

corealm.com is a terrible business decision by the company. I have been using CoreALM for the past two years and have made great progress as well as learning new things every day. The customer service is amazing - they always keep me in mind and there are always solutions to be had. However I would not recommend this business to anyone.
