I have never seen such terrible customer service Every time I ask for a list of my account levels and other information Core Competence email me an answer about 0 worth of stuff No matter how often I asking or even not asked they keep send me different answers instead of what this email says Sorry your account is currently being used by someone else. Do not waste your own time with this company - leave it to another organization.The users also complained about the lack thereof response when sending queries or problems arising from AI applications being too complex or beyond the scope of something they are
