I am an individual who has been using the same software for over 10 years and have never had a single issue with it. The customer service is great and they always keep me updated on my options and the changes they are making. Overall I would highly recommend CompanyCounterpointSoftwareInc.com to anyone looking for an excellent MGA insurance software needs.Im not sure what this persons problem was but he or she seemed really unhappy about something. Nothing in the given description made me think that this person was professional when it comes to their work..

I just had another software program for my web business that I used for years and it was amazing. But then something happened which made me stop using it completely. Its like they pulled the rug from under my feet. The company has great rates now but be very aware that their software is not up to date on its latest releases or their customer service is terrible.
