.com is a scamI recently used this company to help with my home purchase. The whole process was very smooth and went quickly but after I got the house I realized that there were some serious problems with it. First of all the windows were not properly sealed and allowed light in from the outside which made it really uncomfortable to live in. Secondly there was also a leaky pipe in the basement which caused a lot of water damage and general mess. Finally the property owner830 told me that Covenant-Consulting did not do anything about these issues until AFTER they had already been reported to them by other customers Needless to say I would never recommend this company to anyone unless they are absolutely desperate for help because they will likely only offer you services if you are already giving them money.
