Covenant-tech.net is a company that provides software development and information services. However the user has had trouble with the websites supposed customer service and was not impressed with theusRP provider. The user found that when they did contact the usRP provider they were never given any help or advice beyond what was offered in a ticket. In fact there was one situation where they had to call back to the support email account multiple times because an email address wasnt working properly. Overall this company is not build to last name and is instead a bare bones site builder that offers something that it believes in - making money on the web.Overall I had some good and some bad experiences with Covenants-tech.net. But my biggest issue lies within the website itself - its terrible for actually finding solutions to problems and for expanding your knowledge in technology I have no faith in their customer service and its often difficult to get help even if you do
