Covius is terrible. Ive used them for both lenders servicers and investors and have had nothing but negative experiences. The customer service is terrible the products are terrible and the whole experience has been very frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am terrible at customer service and I dont think that this company will be any better. I called after some of my products had not arrived and the customer service was terrible. They didnt seem to care about me or my product. Then I sent a message to a friend about how I was being treated poorly and she said she would send her number so I could talk to her. But then they refused because they dont offer phone communication with customers. So now Im out 5 and Ive been using Covius for 3 weeks without my product yet they wont let me return it even though its defective. This is the worst customer service ever

I have had three different Vivint systems now and they have been huge investments for me. I would not recommend them to others. The Covius team is terrible.Covius does not work well with Vivint security camera. Its like they took the footage from one system and put it in another system without the video or data being accessible to the both systems. Not only that but they will not let you into your footage to make changes or issues happenThe Covius team is terrible and if you want great tech support then look elsewhere.

I have had two different businesses with Covius.com for the past year and a half and they have been terrible. I have had bad content removal fake reviews and other issues. I have also reported them to the customer service multiple times. I am very disappointed in them today.
