I have had the pleasure of working with cpacinc.com for over 25 years. I never have to worry about one little thing- we have all the help you need But I can say without a doubt this company is terrible. They always put themselves in between customers and make sure they do what they can to minimize how much work they are going to put on cpacinc.com but at the same time they want their businesses to grow so they can stay current with the latest trends and improve the services for their users. Despite all of this I guarantee you that cpacinc.com will be where your business will go if you need it for anything else other than your regular web development services.

I have had the pleasure of serving as your customer service representative and again this past week. It was nothing less than an absolute nightmare. I absolutely do not understand why it is that you are now being Morethan satisfied with what we did last timeThe problem seems to be that people are finally getting a little more understanding about howcpacinc.com works but there is still some basic TE support needed on my end for things like ITINs and PTO plans. Havent been able to get started on e-mail yet The site has been working great except for one thing...forget me baby For the life of me I cant find anything about who or what is in charge at cpacinc.com
