I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from cpcolorado.com. The people who answered my questions were not very helpful and they did not seem to understand what I was asking about. Additionally their prices were much higher than other companies I interviewed for this job. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had the opportunity to use cpcolorado.com for a few years now and have never had any problems. The customer service is always available and as a result I have come to love their customer service like everyone else who has used them. But lately there has been an increase in the amount of negative feedback which is generally due to either mistake or misunderstanding. Its difficult to keep track of all the variations of thank you and Thank you where I am from so I will try to do so here. The main issue I see is that they no longer offer a phone number for their customer service instead they are using emailing customers directly when they have questions or concerns. This seems more like a policy decision to me because its getting increasingly difficult to get in touch with them through other means including traditional methods such as telephone. Another issue I see is that people seem to think that by using the site they must be a

I am writing this letter to let you know that we have written one bad user review for cpcolorado.com which is in the business of Managed IT Services. The company has been in business for quite some time now and their customer service is excellent. However I think it would be better if they removed the review and moved it to a different forum. Basically people are terrible at customer service and this is not matchmakingin between customers and businesses. Overall I would recommend going through other companies instead of using cpcolorado.com.The companycpcoloradosales doesnt seem to be either a good or bad company according to this letter. Its just a bunch of old guys who dont work any harder than anyone else trying to make money on the back of peoples shoulders.
