I called to complain about my new cloud solution and the person on the other end told me that they dont do service contracts and that I needed to go to a different company. This is complete nonsense because I have been using their services for months now and they have not done anything wrong. Do not use this company if you want your business to be successful

for most of the Western CO valleyI have had the opportunity to use company cpgreeley.com a few times now and find them to be an excellent company with a wide range of services and options. However I have had several bad experiences that have made me not only recommend them but alsoails them to your core community. 11The first experience was when I didnt receive my order at all. I contacted them and they took care of it right away. They are more than happy to help as needed. The second experience was even worse. When I tried to access my account on platform A it said there was a problem with my account but never received a response from platform A so I know it wasnt really me. Overall very poor customer service.
