I just entered my first review for company cpointe-inc.com. Im not happy with what Ive seen so far. We work with many different software teams and this company doesnt seem to be well organized or very professional with their employees. Some of the reviews seem very positive but some are notating negative aspects about the work process or the site itself. So far Im really not impressed and will wait for another time to see if there is a change in the management or structure of the company in order to make it more professional and user-friendly.

I just updated my account and started using company cpointe-inc.com from home. I have used their software many times and have had great experiences. However I have had a few issues with their customer service that Im sure everyone else has too. Some of the issues1 They keep asking me to sign a release form which I do not even need to do because my account is set up for customer service like this2 When I try to make a change to my file company cpointe-inc.com asks me if I am over 25 and has required an email address too - something that is transparently not necessary because of this page and thetoto see my file.3 When I do some research on how to fix a problem with company cpointe-inc.coms software it apparently seems to be that their software is designed for specific cases wheregarbage in garbage out - which seems
