upsI have never had a problem with this company before but my latest UPS system died because of the battery. I phoned them and they told me to bring it in so they could replace it. Now Im waiting for my replacement and I dont know when its going to come.

They offer very low prices for these products but then ask you to send them money in order to order more of the same product. Do not trust this company

ups.com does not have yetI was this companys customer for many years and always were happy with their services. However recently they has started to leave the one good service out of state theyve been providing for years which is backup power. I have called them up on multiple occasions and asked for it but they always tell me its too late. Now Im going to do my own Google search to see if anyone has any information about what is going on here.
