I have had two problems with cranstonit.com in as fast as a year and a half both times. The first problem was that my account was set up on the wrong computer. I was able to fix it by finding another website that did the same thing but it still took about 20 minutes for one of these websites to find and solve the issue. The second problem wasnt so much with CranSTONIT. but WITH THE COMPANY After minor repairs adjustment needed from their part number I now use cranstonit for all my online presence management needs Thank you for making this simple well-done and being sure to meet your customers needs.The company has been known for providing poor service or solution after the last bad experience they gave us. We have had 1 1 - Cranston IT help desk supportand even WIFI issues. And every time we have having to go through someone else because there is no switch back up he
