Im not sure what I did to deserve this company. They clearly do not understand the concept of customer service. I had to contact them multiple times because my order was never delivered and they kept telling me it would be. Finally after giving up and going through a whole bunch of channels I found someone who could tell me that it actually did get delivered - but only as an automated email notification. So now I have to go through all these hassle again just to confirm that my order actually got processed Do not use Creative Brackets if youre looking for quality services or customer service - youll get both in spades from other companies that are much better at it.
