is a complete and comprehensive credit monitoring credit scoring and collection software. I have used this software for over two years now and have had no positive experience with it. The software is extremely user-unsatisfactory because1 It does not work at all - my credit score has decreased by 10 points due to using Credit Point Software2 There are constantly glitches - the system will often crash or freeze on me which makes it really hard to do anything else with the software.3 They charge absurd prices for their products - I would never recommend this company to anyone

is terrible.I have never had such terrible service from a company. I called to ask for a credit report and was told that I would have to pay 129.99 for my first report which I already paid for Then when I asked about collections they said that it would be free because the company was in the process of shutting down. Needless to say this is not what I expected from a reputable company like CreditPoint Software.
