This company is a complete and utter scam. The products they sell are nothing but recycled equipment from other companies that have been abandoned or sold off. They also do not offer any help whatsoever when it comes to repairs or maintenance. If you purchase anything from them be very careful because you may end up with something that doesnt work as well as you thought it would.

I have never had a positive experience with this company. The first time I used their service they refused to print my documents because they said it was not my level of quality. Then when I tried to use the printer again and asked for a proof they said that I needed a higher level of quality than what they were providing and refused to print the document. Overall this company is horrible and does not deserve your business.

I bought a used cridigital.net copier and it was working great until about 3 months ago. We were using it for office work and it started going out of range and making errors. We had to send it back to the store and get a new one. The customer service was amazing they sent a new one right away and were very responsive to our questions. Overall Ive had a great experience on their site and I would recommend them to anyone needed services.

I bought a used cridigital.net printer and office equipment store deal from Epsons Columbus Ohio store. After purchasing the printer and office equipment I realized that I needed to service it first before selling it. The customer service was bad. My manager didnt even know how to fix the printer. Finally I called CRI Digital and they told me to go to their website and type in service and Repairs in the search engine and they would take care of it for me. I was out 200 more than what I paid for my old printer and office equipment store in my new coordinators house

I purchased a new Epson UV-1 printer and it was for a single project. It has been about two weeks now and I have to say I am impressed. The B5 black is so-so. I would rather use the white just as is. The customer service was terrible. They were very slow in getting back to me. I even sent an email asking for a refund and they refused to send back the original purchase why Because they said it was not what it should have been. Why did they change the design of their product And how can you trust a company that stimulus start with a refund
