I just bought a 1 year warranty for my eBay account. I was really excited to get it but then received a phone call from their customer service asking me to enter my address into their system. I did as they asked and now Im the only person with a warranty for two years. Im not going to buy another one until these problems have been resolved.This company is terrible and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Our online store is also going out of business because were not selling as much as were hoping people will buy. Weve had to switch to other opportunities for sale and support. They are currently looking for someone to help them with customer service and they need someone who can keep up with the new standards set by the companys board.
