I found the service to be unreliable unprofessional and almost impossible to get help from. The customer service staff was unhelpful and difficult to work with. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Netspot.comthoughtbot.comI just had to give this company a bad review because they are absolutely terrible. They are always trying to up the quality of their products by making them look 100 better through the use of advertising and marketing materials. They also sell e-commerce consulting services which are very limited and usually nothing like what you would ever need or want to do. Overall I would not recommend using Critical Resources Technology Inc. for anything other than something that you may need help with such as online customer service.

However the user may have created problems with the website because of various errors which they are reporting. One user has even had to take action to fix incorrect data values which cause problems for the website.The users are trying to access information on the website but finding that many of the results they expected to show them are now wrong or not showing at all. They are also having trouble creating new accounts or updating information because of the errors which are being reported. There seems to be a pattern here - one user has had to fix corrections made to existing content after hours and hour after hour of trying to access information on the site.It is difficult to trust these companies anymore given the current state of company criticalresourcetech.com.
