I have never had such poor customer service. I was told my account didnt exist and when I asked to see my invoice they said it was lost in the mail. When I called back they said Were sorry but we cant help you with that. Please contact our customer service department.

Crosscheck is a terrible company. They are always quick to start a cycle of customer service thru email and chat. The products they offer is not only unnecessary but can be very dangerous as well. For example their new API testing tool does not work with APIsolv yet so make sure you are not using their tools without help from someone who knows better. Overall I would not recommend Crosscheck or its products to anyone.
