I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The computer wouldnt turn on and they kept telling me it was the battery. I finally got it fixed but the cost was astronomical. Do not bother using this company- you will be very disappointed.

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. First of all they charged me for something that I didnt even order and then when I called them to complain the customer service agent told me that it was their policy not to do anything about it because its cross country computer time How is that supposed to be helpful And then there were the shenanigans with the return process. The first time I tried returning something they said it would take 10 business days and then after 10 days they told me that they had already sent my return and I needed to come get it What kind of company does this

ShoppingI just bought a brand new CrossCountryComputer.com account and was very excited to get my purchase complete. Within the first few days of using the site I realized that some features were not working right. First my computer would go intoyea-ai sluice on for water pressure reading without any sound coming out. Then it would show the level ina-ai when it finally came back up on its own. Finally my laptop would showthe screen savers--such asestaing how many pages had been read orfiles cached--without having to see them. So I sort of rely on user feedback when describing what works and doesnt work correctly from cross country here. And I worry about potential negative reviews before they even happen based off of their experience directly with customers.
